01. Scope and operator
These Website Terms cover the public marketing pages on episyne.com and the Founding Beta application, provided by Jeanderson Mateus Carvalho da Silva. For questions, contact contact@episyne.com. They are not Terms of Service for a paid product or an activated user account.
02. Founding Beta applications
Submitting an application does not reserve access, create an account, charge a payment, start a subscription or guarantee an invitation. We review compatibility, capacity and project fit. If selected, you will be given separate product terms, applicable privacy disclosures and any commercial conditions before onboarding.
We may ask a candidate follow-up questions related to their application; we never ask for passwords or secret tokens through the public form.
03. Product information and demonstrations
Illustrative diagrams and sample workflows are educational examples, not production screenshots or guarantees. Compatibility and beta features remain bounded by release certification and technical fit. Public claims do not create an uptime, accuracy or business-outcome commitment.
Product decisions and agent output must remain reviewable by the customer; Episyne is not a guarantee that any coding agent will always be correct.
04. Responsible use of this website
Please do not submit secrets, confidential repository material, third-party personal information, malicious content or high-volume automated requests. Please use the form only for legitimate beta interest. Spam, abusive or ineligible submissions may be filtered or disregarded.
05. Content, copyright and privacy
Product marks and illustrations remain with their respective owners. Submitting a short workflow description does not transfer your underlying intellectual property. Information entered in the application is handled according to the Website Privacy Notice. Only share information you are authorized to provide.
06. Future agreements and changes
Future SaaS access, beta subscriptions or enterprise pilots will be governed by additional agreements presented at the relevant time; these website terms do not silently bind you to a paid contract. Applicable statutory rights cannot be waived by this draft. We will identify the version/effective date and disclose material changes as required.
These terms apply to use of the public site and Founding Beta application. They do not enroll you in a paid plan or grant immediate product access.
